1. What data we collect

When you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, Discord, or Microsoft) we receive:

• Your display name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture URL

We also store the matches, players, and groups you create while using the service.

2. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account
• To display your name and profile within groups you join
• To attribute match results and statistics to your profile
• To send you no marketing emails — we simply don't

We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Umami Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

We also use Sentry for error monitoring. When an error occurs, Sentry captures technical information such as the error message, stack trace, and the page URL. No session recording or personal data is collected.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently deletes all your personal data and any groups you own.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly in the app. For any other request, contact us at [email protected].

6. Third-party providers

Authentication is handled by the OAuth providers you choose (Google, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing the data they share with us. Our database is hosted in the EU.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
